We make synth modules that we want to use ourselves. We hope you like them as much as we do, but we understand that if everyone liked the same thing, the world would be a very boring place.

If you don't like any product bought from our online shop, for any reason, you can return them within 60 days of receiving them (if you bought from a distributor they will have their own returns policy).

We only ask that you return any items in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all the accessories they were shipped with. Note that we supply rack screws with washers to avoid damage to the front panels – if the panels are marked we just charge a small fee to cover replacing the panel.

Other than that, you will get a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping.
